The CESI also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Wuxi's Huishan district government to promote the development of the local smart manufacturing industry.
The host of the forum, Huishan is expected to benefit hugely from the event, since it will promote the wide application of cutting-edge IoT technologies in the district and help expose Huishan's "Industry Cloud Platform", industrial models, and smart manufacturing diagnosis to more manufacturing companies.
Huishan district has a long and proud history as a manufacturing center. In recent years, local enterprises have made great achievements in IoT, with smart manufacturing becoming one of the major drivers of Huishan's economic development.
The district is working hard to improve its support for the smart manufacturing industry, cultivate leading enterprises, and improve the services It provides to local companies, in the hope that it will be named a "national smart manufacturing experimental zone" in 2019.
