Sponsored by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Ministry of Science and Technology as well as the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, the 2018 World Internet of Things Exposition (WIOT) is set to take place in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, from Sept 15 to 18.
Covering an area of 50,000 square meters, the expo consists of five themed pavilions showcasing IoT products and the latest IoT technologies and their applications.
A1 The IoT communication & platform companies pavilion showcases new-generation mobile communication technology, AI technologies, cloud computing and storage and basic network platform construction.
B1 The smart life pavilion showcases smart medical treatment companies, intelligent logistics and new retailer platforms, smart tourism, smart homes, wearable devices, 3D printing and VR.
A3 The intelligent manufacturing & sensors pavilion includes companies involving the R&D and manufacturing of sensor chips, integrated sensors, industrial IoT technologies and platforms, industrial robots and service robots.
B3 The intelligent transportation and IoV pavilion displays IoV projects, intelligent in-vehicle technologies, IoT-based information application platforms, new-generation video monitoring technology, and big data-based new energy vehicles.
A6 The smart city pavilion presents solutions to IoT safety, smart utility systems, smart legal affairs systems, smart sports, smart medical treatment and health platforms.
