Wuxi held a launch ceremony for a media trip around China on July 5 in an effort to promote the 2019 World Internet of Things Exposition.

From Sept 7 to 10, this year's expo is expected to attract hundreds of world-leading enterprises, renowned experts and scholars, who will discuss the most recent developments related to internet of things.

A dozen media organizations will visit major enterprises in China and conduct interviews with industry experts to paint a detailed picture of the industry.

Government officials in Wuxi gave a brief introduction of the expo and revealed related activities at the ceremony through a 5G live stream.
