2021 World Internet of Things Exposition
The 2021 World Internet of Things Exposition, China's top IoT event, was held in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province from Oct 22 to 25, 2021.
The event, originally scheduled to be held from Sept 3 to 6, was postponed as organizers sought to enhance epidemic prevention measures.
Featuring the latest IoT applications and products, the event this year was made up of a main summit, an exhibition on IoT applications and products, an award ceremony, 10 sub-forums and 14 related activities.
The main summit was held on Oct 23, followed by an award ceremony for outstanding new technologies, products and applications related to IoT on the evening of that same day.
The exhibition of IoT applications and products ran from Oct 22 to 25 at the Wuxi Taihu International Expo Center and featured the latest IoT-related technologies and applications. Its outdoor exhibition area will display application scenarios for internet of vehicles such as automatic driving and road-transportation services.
In addition, 10 sub-forums focused on areas such as smart manufacturing, industrial internet, IoT information security, big data, 5G, artificial intelligence, smart cities, intelligent transportation, and the internet of vehicles, were also hosted during the expo.
An online expo was launched to showcase Wuxi's high-quality IoT enterprises, smart factories and workshops, and major IoT application demonstration projects. Users can also communicate with exhibitors and even buy exhibits online.
